Our law office was first established in 1990. It was based on the experience of lawyers who started their careers in the early 80s. The office moved to its present premises in 2005.

The firm advises Hungarian and International clients locally and provides counsel for European, Middle East multinational corporate and individual private clients on issues related to all aspects of Hungarian legal matters.

The practice has accrued experience in corporate, commercial, tax, real estate, finance, intellectual property matters, M&A and other bonds related deals, as well as in the field of labour law, media law and environmental law.

We have also been involved with public procurement issues; especially in the fields of health care & pharmaceuticals industry and we frequently handle issues of PPP and air transportation issues.

We provide legal services for our clients in Hungarian, English and Russian languages.
