Dr. Judit Moldován
Studies and practice:
Dr. Judit Moldován studied at the Law Faculty of the University of Edinburgh in Scotland between 1995-1996. In 2001 she graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Miskolc, and since then she practiced law in both international and Hungarian law offices. She has been the managing partner since 2005. She has been practicing law as a member of the Budapest Bar Association since 2005. She is a qualified legal expert on European Union law.
Her major field of practice is corporate and commercial law, civil and commercial contracts and European Union law. She is also expert in advising on intellectual property rights and property law.
